Foods Containing the Maximum Amount of Protein

The most important element of building big muscles - is to build a larger number of muscle protein.
Below is an example, the most important and necessary food bodybuilders, which contains the maximum dose of protein.

1) Fresh lean red meat: Eat lots of meat BBQ. If you cannot cook meat BBQ then eat boiled meat.
2) Fresh Chicken: Meat BBQ chicken or boiled with spices.
