Rice with Meat and Beans in The Oven

If you have little time to stand at the stove, and the need to prepare a lot of tasty food for future use, or for a big company, I suggest a simple recipe and a very hearty meal of rice, meat and cans of baked beans. Rice gets all oiled, crumbly, much flesh. Beauty!

Time is spent only on the frying onions and minced meat. And then, just baked in the oven until cooked. Cooking can be a full or half rate, depending how many guests you expect. Large portions will be at least 8. Average - a little more.

I could hardly resist, not eating a second bowl of rice at this luxury. Very tasty!
What is needed for rice with meat in the oven?

8-10 servings (a large baking dish, diameter 26 cm, the volume of the finished dish = 2.7-3 liters)

Rice - 2 cups;
Minced meat (better - Beef that was fat, but can be any) - 600-700 g;
Onion - 2 heads;
 Herbs: dried basil, oregano or a pinch of Provencal herbs. You can just pepper;
Fresh herbs - a bit of parsley or basil;
Salt;
Vegetable oil - a little (for frying + for greasing baking dish);
Canned beans in tomato sauce - 1 jar (I was in a tomato red, and white will be even more delicious);

For the top layer of pudding:
Mayonnaise;
Cheese varieties - 100-150 g ;
