Carp Fish Fried With Vegetables


Items (1 serving)
Carp - 1 pc.
Flour - 100 g
Ground sweet paprika - 2-3 tsp.
Rice - 100 g
Hawaiian mix - 100 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pc.
Carrots - 0.5 pc.
Butter - 20 g
Tomato paste - 1.5 tsp
Curry - 3-4 tsp.
Sauce:
Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Sesame - 1 tsp.
Butter - 15 g
Salt - to taste
Capers - 3-4 pcs.

Preparation: 

One. The fish is cleaned, reduce to ashes, wash and season with salt, dip in flour mixture and paprika.

Two. Fry the fish over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, put on a plate with a paper towel.

Three. In the same skillet throw butter, sesame seeds, turn it off in a minute.

Four. Then add sour cream and remaining ingredients sauce, capers smaller.

Five. Next, cut vegetables, dice, fry over high heat.

Six. Five minutes later, add a mixture of Hawaiian, diminishes the heat to low, add a piece of butter, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Seven. Then add the tomato paste, some water 100 grams, salt, curry, and when thickened, turn it off.

Eight. Next, a mold (cut from a plastic 2-liter bottles) laid rice, then vegetables, then again rice, more fish and sauce.
