Carp Fish Fried With Vegetables


Items (1 serving)
Carp - 1 pc.
Flour - 100 g
Ground sweet paprika - 2-3 tsp.
Rice - 100 g
Hawaiian mix - 100 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pc.
Carrots - 0.5 pc.
Butter - 20 g
Tomato paste - 1.5 tsp
Curry - 3-4 tsp.
Sauce:
Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Sesame - 1 tsp.
Butter - 15 g
Salt - to taste
Capers - 3-4 pcs.

Preparation: 

One. The fish is cleaned, reduce to ashes, wash and season with salt, dip in flour mixture and paprika.

Two. Fry the fish over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, put on a plate with a paper towel.

Three. In the same skillet throw butter, sesame seeds, turn it off in a minute.

Four. Then add sour cream and remaining ingredients sauce, capers smaller.

Five. Next, cut vegetables, dice, fry over high heat.

Rice with Lentils BLONDES

Ingredients:

 1/2 cup of lentils blondes
 1 onion
 1 green chili
 1/2 teaspoon garlic
 4 tablespoons ghee
 2 cloves
 1 bay leaf
 1 cinnamon stick
 1 cup rice
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/2 cup red lentils
 1 teaspoon grated ginger
 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
 2 scallions, chopped

Preparation:
* Put the lentils marinate for 6 hours.
* Drain and boil in water for 20 minutes, remove from heat and drain them again.
* Garlic in a skillet, chopped onion, ginger and chopped chilies, seeded with ghee just until lightly browned.
* Add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and turmeric and cook about 2 minutes, stirring.
* Add the lentils (red and blonde) and any well drained rice, mix well and cover with water about 3 cm, leading to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes until liquid evaporates.
* Add 2 tablespoons chopped onion, mix and remove the cinnamon stick before serving.

LEMON RICE

Ingredients:

2 Cups of rice
2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 tablespoons coconut milk
4 curry leaves
1 green pepper, seeded, chopped
1/2 cup of ghee
1 lemon
2 tablespoons crushed cashews
1/3 teaspoon mustard seeds

Preparation:
* Cook rice in a saucepan with water and turmeric over high heat until boiling, cover well and let boil for 15 minutes.
* Marinate the dried coconut with the milk and set aside
* Toast the curry leaves, chili, nuts and mustard seeds in ghee until they pop.
* Add the coconut, rice and juice of 1 lemon.
*Cover the pan and let everything cook rice for 10 minutes until all liquid is consumed and is dry and fluffy.
* You can serve with the rest of the lemon cut very thinly sliced.
