Dessert : Kheer

 

kheer Ingredients:
 6 cups of whole milk, diluted with 3 cups of water ,
1/2 cup rice  
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon nut pieces.
2/3 cardamom seeds
